Pest Inspections

- Beginning February 2019 Pest treatments & unit inspections will be performed every 6 months (February & August) Inspections will be performed even if you are not home. Notices are typically mailed, emailed and/or posted at the units prior to inspection.

Monthly Inspections will be held on:

  • ​Monday, February 25, 2019
  • Monday, August 26, 2019
  • Monday, February 24, 2020

Rent: $900.00 (Residents on City water) - $940.00-965.00 (Units on Park Water)*
Rent includes: Sewer & Trash collection, tenants have individual toters which are picked up on Friday.

Units 2021, 2022 and 2026 are billed a higher rent which includes water, based on the Ratio Utility Billing System (RUBS.)  The remaining units (1104, 1108, 2025, 2029, 2030) must set up water/sewer account with Chesapeake Public utilities for water service. (Ask your leasing agent or account manager which will apply for the unit you are interested in prior to signing lease.)

Electric: Dominion Power

Water: Hampton Roads Ratio Utility Billing (HRUBS) **This applies only for select units.
