Semple Farm is a small, quaint community tucked in off of Semple Farm Road in Hampton. It’s just minutes away from NASA, Langley Air Force Base and the Hampton Roads Center business parks! This community has lots of trees that give it a park-like setting but close to town.

Rent includes: Trash collection

Trash Pickup – Tenants have individual toters which are picked up on Mondays. Recycling is available with pickups every other week. Residents may also place large items out for bulk pickup. Items must be placed at the end of street near Lot 12.

Residents are billed for water each month in addition to rent.

Water charges are based on residents individual metered usage plus $4.00 reading fee.
