CashPay/PayLease card payment errors at Kroger stores

We’ve become aware of a policy change at Kroger stores for accepting CashPay/PayLease cards. Cardholders are now asked to fill out a form for payments instead of agents accepting the card.

If you are asked to fill out a form for payment, please refer to your card and make payments to “PayLease Community Payments.” DO NOT make payments to “Franklin Management Company.” Any payments made to “Franklin Management Company” will not be immediately applied to your balance and will result in a delay of your payment being accepted.
