Rent includes trash service.

Trash Pickup – Tenants have individual toters which are picked up on Thursdays. Additional toters can be provided, upon request, for an additional fee. Trash collection only includes household trash. Bulk items must be hauled to dump.

Residents are billed for water each month in addition to rent.

Water charges are based on residents individual metered usage plus a $4.00 reading fee.
