Sulik is a small community on the North end of Hampton off Old Armistead Avenue that features a combination of mobile homes and approved campers. This community is near NASA, Langley Air Force Base and the Hampton Roads Center business parks.

This community has a maximum occupancy of four people per home.

Rent includes: Water, Septic & Trash service

​Trash Pickup – Tenants have individual toters which are picked up on Thursdays. Additional toters are available upon request, for an additional fee. Bulk trash must be hauled to dump or scheduled for pre-paid pickup with Waste Management 757-485-5700.
