Rent includes: Septic service.

Residents are billed for water each month in addition to rent. Water charges are based on residents individual metered usage plus an additional $4.00 reading fee.

Residents must set up their own utilities for:

Electric – Dominion Energy
Trash – York County Division of Waste Management
- Trash is picked up weekly on Mondays. Residents must contact Waste Management for bulk service, which is offered at no additional charge.
