• Combined payments for Lot Rent and Purchase of Home are approximately  $975.00 – $1,050.00/month, but may vary depending on down payment and credit. 
• Interested applicants must show a minimum of $2,800.00 in monthly, verifiable income and complete Credit & Criminal Background screening.
• Interested persons are also welcome to seek their own financing at any time and are not required to finance with any specific lender.
  • Credit & Criminal Background screenings are still required for lease approval.
